Getting Flocked, Selling Houses, and Giving St. Joseph a Break

Getting Flocked, Selling Houses, and Giving St. Joseph a Break

When it comes to selling houses, St. Joseph is no longer the only game in town.

That's right. If you're a desperate homeowner willing to try anything, but squeamish about burying Jesus's stepdad upside down in your front yard to net a sale, NOW you don't have to!

I made an amazing discovery  this weekend while I was  flocking my boss.Getting Flocked

See, he and his partner are leaving Gainesville, and I wanted to find a really cool way to surprise him.

And nothing, I mean NOTHING, says "Surprise!!" like coming home to a dozen  pink plastic flamingos parked on your front lawn.....especially when you are trying to SELL said front lawn, along with the house that goes with it.

So....while my boss's goodbye party raged across town, my hubby and I snuck over to his house and tackified it for the whole world to see.

And guess what?? The morning after the flocking, my boss got a contract on his house!Flamingos Rule

Coincidence?  I think not.

Spread the word! Them plastic pink birds are magical house-selling creatures, and don't let anyone try to convince you otherwise.

If you live in the Gainesville area, and you know of someone looking to get flocked, by all means let me know.  I've got 2 dozen of these lawn ornaments available for rental....$25 for a dozen, $40 for two dozen.  We park them on the front lawn of your choice under cover of darkness, leaving a "You've Been Flocked" note w/instructions on how to make them go away.  All proceeds benefit the Buchholz High School Swim Team.
