June 22, 2009 - There are 128 homes available for sale in Haile Plantation and the surrounding area.  They range from $125,000 for a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom short sale all the way up through a $2.6+ million executive pool home.  There are many affordable 3 bedroom/2 bathroom homes in the Haile Plantation area.....highlighted below is just one of my favorites.

Soft market prices, low interest rates, and an $8000 tax credit for first-time homebuyers make this a great time to buy!
